Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Click on "Register Now" button to the right (you may have to scroll a bit further) to register and pay online. All registrations must be submitted online before Midnight on June 4, 2023. If you prefer to pay by check, payments can be made out and brought with your work during drop off hours at the Lodge on Wednesday. Please include your signed Prospectus.

You may also pay online by credit card. These payments are subject to a processing fee from our website provider.

    • Registration Fee - $25 for Members; $50 for Non Members (It’s easy to become a member on our website.)

  • Deliver Artwork Wednesday, June 7, between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    • Lake Wilderness Lodge - 22500 SE 248th St, MV 98038 
  • Arts Fest Gala: Friday, June 9 at 7 p.m.
  • In-Person Show Dates: June 10 - 11
  • Pick up Artwork Sunday, June 11 at 5 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP EARLY.

  • No more than 3 artworks per person.
  • Most mediums will be accepted.
  • Entries must be original, have been created in the last 2 years and not previously entered in the Maple Valley Days Arts Festival.
  • Artwork may or may not be available for purchase.
  • MVCAC retains 25% commission on all sales.
  • All Artists who enter will receive TWO complimentary tickets for the Friday, June 9 Arts Fest Gala. Additional tickets are $20.
  • Awards will be announced at the Gala, 6/9.
  • People’s Choice voting will occur during the Arts Festival. Winner will be announced Sunday, June 11.

Festival Jurist: Richard Jahn
Richard Jahn is an award-winning Northwest Artist. At an early age, he fell in love with painting and has pursued this passion ever since. Even as a professional firefighter, he continued painting - showcasing his art at local businesses, wine bars, coffee shops, and Art Galleries.


His paintings are now found throughout the United States and in countries all over the world. Richard’s art is known for vivid and dramatic use of color. His heart and soul are in every brush stroke and express his imagination and emotion.
