Click on "Register Now" button to the right (you may have to scroll a bit further) to register and pay online. All registrations must be submitted online before Midnight on June 2, 2024. If you prefer to pay by check, payments can be made out and brought with your work during drop off hours at the Lodge on Wednesday. Please include your signed Prospectus.
You may also pay online by credit card. These payments are subject to a processing fee from our website provider. This event is also open and FREE to children (under 18).

- $25 for Members and youths under 18 who would like to participate in the jury show
- $50 for Non Members (It’s easy to become a member on our website.)
- Youths 18 and under who would like to show their art in the salon - download this form, fill it in, bring it when art is dropped off. Note, all art must be matted to help with hanging.
- Deliver Artwork Wednesday, June 5, between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

- Arts Fest Gala: Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m.
- In-Person Show Dates: June 7 - 9
- Pick up Artwork Sunday, June 9 at 5 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP EARLY.

- No more than 3 artworks per person.
- Most mediums will be accepted.
- Entries must be original, have been created in the last 2 years and not previously entered in the Maple Valley Days Arts Festival.
- Artwork may or may not be available for purchase.
- MVCAC retains 25% commission on all sales.
- All Artists who enter will receive TWO complimentary tickets for the Friday, June 7 Arts Fest Gala. Additional tickets are $20.
- Awards will be announced at the Gala, Friday, June 7.
- People’s Choice voting will occur during the Arts Festival. Winner will be announced Sunday, June 9.

ARTIST STATEMENT
Whether I am painting outdoors, carving a print in my studio, or designing for a public space, my art is rooted in my love for the natural world.
The river and forest surrounding my Pacific Northwest studio are a constant source of imagery and spiritual nourishment to me, and my roots have gone down deep in the hours I’ve stood outdoors painting.
My hope is to share that with others, through paintings that invite viewers into a special place and moment, and through public art that strengthens and celebrates viewers' connection to their own landscape.
