First, a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who attended Rachel Olson's Benefit Concert last month. Your presence and generous donations helped raise 45 Nights of Safety for the homeless at Vine Maple Place. Together, we made a big difference, and we couldn't have done it without you!
Next, our Maple Valley Idol Jr. winner, Lexi Richtmyer, is ready to dazzle Maple Valley on July 3rd, she’ll give a special performance of the National Anthem during the Independence Day Celebration at Lake Wilderness Park.
Join us from 5:00-10:20 p.m. for an unforgettable day filled with live music, picnic games, a pie baking contest, delicious food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks show!

| | Free Summer Concerts in the Arboretum
We are so excited to officially kick off this year's Free Summer Concerts in the Arboretum series with a classy and fun jazz quartet -- he Swing Street Jazz Ensemble. The band features members of the Boogie Boulevard - Allan Olson, Paul Isop, Zeppy Zittle and Zander Nevitt. They have a great playlist available @ https://www.swingstreetjazzensemble.com/.

On July 13, make your way to the Maple Valley Farmers Market, where the winners of the Maple Valley Idol, Jr. competition will be serenading attendees starting at 11 a.m. Let's come together as a community to support our local talent and cheer them on.

Allow us to set the stage for you: Picture a mystical Kingdom nestled in the heart of Canada, forged from the dreams of Baltic exiles. Our journey begins when the stunning Princess, played by the talented Leah Carrell, engages the services of the seasoned and ever-determined Private Eye, | | | Dick Doubleheart (portrayed by Ryan Asbert), to track down her missing twin sister. As the plot thickens, chaos ensues at the coronation banquet, unearthing a malevolent kidnapping scheme and a devious political coup within the walls of a whimsical, yet sinister, castle. Amidst the enchantment and intrigue, our intrepid detective, Doubleheart, plunges headfirst into the fray to crack the case.

We're calling all artists! The Mural Project is seeking design proposals now through July 19, to help transform the Historical Society's building into a canvas bursting with our town's rich history!
