Help needed: Arts Festival is held June 7-9, 2024. It is an event where the public will be able to visit the Lake Wilderness Lodge to view art and listen to musicians.

We are seeking helpers to assist us in moving equipment from the Maple Valley Creative Arts Council to the Lake Wilderness Lodge. We need several strong people with a truck would be ideal.

Set up will take place over the course of three days, to set up the staging materials for the artwork prior to the event, then we have positions available to assist with greeting guests as they come in throughout Saturday and Sunday.

Lastly, we need assistance in breaking down the event and taking the equipment to the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center Sunday evening. Please click the link below to see what dates, times and activities are available.

Summer Concerts in the Park - Click here to go to the sign up registration

Help needed: Every Tuesday, beginning July 9 through Sept. 3, we sponsor a summer concert in the park - Lake Wilderness Arboretum. This one hour event is free to those in the Maple Valley community to enjoy.

We need help setting up music equipment and chairs for the singer and the attendees. The work is light duty.

Help needed: We have two theater events coming up where we need assistance with the set up and break down of the event, and someone to assist our technical director.

These fun events are hosted in the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center, the set up essentially includes putting tables and chairs out, setting up beverages and take down after the show.

Help needed: maintain and improve the existing 4 murals along the Cedar River trail that the MVCAC has created over the past several years. No fine art skills are necessary however this is more aimed at teens to adults. Volunteer opportunities start in early Summer and end in early Fall to get updates on volunteer days simple join the Facebook group: Maple Valley Mural Volunteers
