Evening Agenda
7:00-7:10 pm
- Guests will check in, collect a carnival sweet treat, grab yourself a drink, and get settled in.
7:10-7:20 pm
- Welcome greeting by Bryan Organ
- Introduction of Chris Anderson, our singer extraordinaire
- Bryan will provide a quick overview of the event and how the games will be played.
Guests will receive 3 tokens to start out with. We will have several attendants walking the floor where additional tokens can be purchased to play more games. Winners of each game, will receive a raffle ticket. These tickets will be drawn for prizes at the end of the evening.

- Wine Toss; $5 token for 3 rings - win a bottle of wine
- 6 different carnival games; $5 token to play one game
- Heads or Tails 50/50 half payout raffle; $20 per ticket
- Cake Walk; $10 (or two tokens), we will have 8 rounds
- Artistry Cake made by Lydia's Cakes and Confections; $20 or 4 tokens
