Artisans/textile arrival/set-up:
- Thursday, June 11
- 1:00 – 6:00 PM

Arts Fest Gala:
- Friday, June 12 at 7:00 PM
- Each registered artist receives two complimentary tickets
- Additional Gala tickets: $20 paid at the door

In-Person Show Dates:
- June 13–14, 2026
Awards & Recognition:
- Friday, June 12
- Awards will be announced at the Gala
