Our 2025 Festival Jurist is Patricia Moss

As a Black Diamond resident, Patricia was the Founding President of a non-profit group developed to mentor and encourage local artists. She served as a board member for 4Culture and as VP for the Puget Sound Group of Northwest Artists.

Her work has won several awards in regional exhibitions and has captured the attention of both national and international art organizations. She has been a featured artist with Oil Painters of America and most recently won the Koi Artist award with the Blue Koi online Gallery.

Patricia’s work has been featured on wine labels and numerous exhibitions in prominent northwest Galleries. Locally, Patricia teaches painting classes and has donated her art to fundraising events, public art displays, and murals in the Black Diamond area. Her images primarily reflect landscapes found on Northwest trails that echo her spiritual connectedness with God and nature. Finding both vistas and micro viewpoints to highlight her experiences, she hopes to share her journey with others.
